$span(x, y)=\{\lambda x+\mu y | \lambda, \mu \in R\}=\left\{\lambda\left(\begin{array}{c}{0} \\ {3}\end{array}\right)+\mu \left(\begin{array}{c}{0} \\ {3}\end{array}\right) | \lambda, \mu \in R\right\}$

$=\left\{\left(\begin{array}{cc}{\lambda} \\ {5 \lambda+3 \mu}\end{array}\right) | \lambda, \mu \in R\right\}$
